Continuing the discussion from Cavity Filters in General:
Preliminaries are done on the Air Band filter. I’ll be getting a few pre-production samples soon. So far the specs are pretty good. Pass 118-136 with less than 2 dB loss, and less than 1 dB ripple. The best part is that 88-108 MHz are attenuated by 50 dB minimum. Size is 114X70X30 excluding the N-K female connectors. Four M4 tapped mounting holes on the bottom make it easy to mount. Operating temp range is -10 to +50. I’ll post a full spec sheet after I VNA the samples. LMK what else you might want to know. Final cost is TBD and depends on quantity of course.
