The past few days I have been copy/pasting ICAOs from different Tweets to look up my ACARS message database, after about 2 days it was getting a bit old.
TheIntelFrog posted a nicely formatted screenshot of the middle east area with about 5 ICAO addresses and I just thought ‘there has got to be a better way’, the idea came to me to put a geofence around that area and then lookup each ICAO to my db and post the ACARS to a table.
Thus the idea was hatched.
Less than 24 hours later, the page went live.
For some crazy reason I decided to live Tweet building out the page on X.

The new page seems to be appreciated, its now the number page on the site.
It nicely shows how my site as the scrappy ally cat can innovate and iterate pretty quickly and try out ideas like this to see if they sink or swim.
